This eye catching Munch Box provides delicious chicken four ways to be shared with friends and family.
Ingredients
- Pickin' Chicken x 8 pieces
- Homestyle Breaded Fillets x 3 pieces
- Salt and Pepper Shredded Chicken 1 x 150g portion
- Crispy Hot Wings x 8 pieces
- Burger Buns x 3
- Lettuce 40g
- Sliced tomatoes x 6
- Mayonnaise 30g
- BBQ Sauce 60g
- Pickled Pink Slaw 50g
- Buffalo Hot Sauce 60g
- Spring Onions 20g
- Chillies 20g
- Coriander 3g
- Nacho Cheese Sauce 75g
- Peri Peri Sauce 30g
Method
Step 1
Begin by cooking the chicken fillets, crispy hot wings, Pickin’ chicken, shredded chicken and fries using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Toast the burger buns then build them up with mayo, lettuce and sliced tomatoes. Using three separate bowls, coat one with BBQ sauce, another with buffalo hot sauce and the last one with peri peri sauce. Then place a fillet into each bowl and toss the chicken in the sauce. Then place a fillet on each of the burgers a top with the burger lids.
Step 3
Place each burger into a paper bag and place in the centre of the serving box. Then place the chips into two separate serving boxes and place the shredded chicken on the top. Drizzle over mayonnaise and cheese sauce, then garnish with spring onions, chillies, pickled pink slaw and sliced coriander. Place the trays into the serving box with the burgers.
Step 4
Using the same bowls that contain the BBQ sauce and the buffalo hot sauce, place the Pickin’ chicken in the BBQ sauce and the wings into the buffalo and toss them till evenly coated. Then place both the wings and Pickin’ chicken onto the serving box.
Step 5
Drizzle mayo over the crispy hot wings and cheese sauce of the Pickin’ chicken. Then garnish both with spring onions, chillies and pickled pink slaw. Serve.
