Our Sweet Teriyaki Shredded Chicken Noodle Box features crispy shredded chicken over a bed of hot noodles, making it the ultimate classic chicken and noodle crowd pleaser!
Ingredients
- Homestyle Crispy Shredded Chicken x 100g
- Mixed Peppers x 30g
- Tender Stem Broccoli x 20g
- Udon Noodles x 200g
- Chopped Chillies x 5g
- Sweet Teriyaki Sauce x 60ml
Method
Step 1
Cook the Homestyle Crispy Shredded Chicken using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Whilst the chicken cooks, cook the mixed peppers, tender stem broccoli and udon noodles in the sweet teriyaki sauce.
Step 3
Once the chicken and noodles are cooked prepare the box by filling with noodles and placing cooked chicken and veg on top.
Step 4
Garnish with chopped chillies and more teriyaki sauce to taste. Serve.
