Sticky Korean Chicken Loaded Fries
A Korean twist on the loaded fries concept, this dish features sweet sticky Korean BBQ sauce alongside an array of fresh garnishes to elevate the dish to new heights!
Ingredients
- Homesyle Crunchy Shredded Chicken x 100g
- Fries x 150g
- Sticky Korean BBQ Sauce x 15ml
- Cheese Sauce x 15ml
- Kimchi-Style Slaw x 30g
- Sesame Seeds
Method
Step 1
Cook the Homestyle Crunchy Shredded Chicken and fries using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Once cooked, transfer the fries into the serving tray and cover in half the sticky Korean BBQ sauce and cheese sauce.
Step 3
Load the Crunchy Shredded Chicken on top of Korean BBQ loaded fries.
Step 4
Pour the remaining sticky BBQ and cheese sauce over the shredded chicken.
Step 5
Finish by sprinkling kimchi style slaw and sesame seeds over the shredded chicken. Serve.
