Spicy Chinese Chip Shop Wrap
Spicy chicken strips with fried rice, bringing the best of a Chinese chippy order together in a wrap!
Ingredients
- Homestyle Hot & Spicy Chicken Strip x 3
- Large Tortilla Wrap x 1
- Cooked Rice x 20g
- Lettuce x 10g
- Mixed Peppers x 1
- Pickled Pink Slaw - 10g
- Iceberg Lettuce x 10g
- Mayonnaise x 10ml
- Salt & Pepper Seasoning
Method
Step 1
Cook the Homestyle Hot & Spicy Chicken Strips using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
While the strips are cooking, prepare the rice. Slice and wash the lettuce.
Step 3
Dice the peppers, season with salt & pepper seasoning and grill until lightly charred.
Step 4
Lay a tortilla wrap onto a flat surface and spread with mayo.
Step 5
Build the wrap with shredded lettuce, grilled peppers, rice and pickled pink slaw.
Step 6
Toss the Homestyle Hot & Spicy Chicken Strips in salt & pepper seasoning and place into the wrap.
Step 7
Wrap tightly in foil, cut in half. Serve.
