Ingredients
- Homestyle Breaded Chicken Strip x 4
- Homestyle Salt & Pepper Shredded x 50g
- Meadow Vale Battered Fillet Bites x 6
- Meadow Vale Boneless Wings x 4
- Chip Shop Chips x 100g
- Pickled Pink Slaw x 25g
- Chillies x 10g
- Spring Onions x 10g
- Sesame Seeds x 5g
- Mayo x 15ml
- Hot Honey x 25ml
- Smokey BBQ Sauce x 25g
- Crispy Onions x 10g
Method
Step 1
Cook the Homestyle Breaded Chicken Strips, Salt & Pepper Shredded Chicken, Battered Fillet Bites, Boneless Wings and chips using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
While the chicken and chips are cooking, finely slice the chillies and spring onions lengthways and set aside.
Step 3
Once cooked, toss the Battered Fillet Bites in hot honey sauce and the Boneless Wings in smoky BBQ sauce.
Step 4
Build the munch box by placing the Chicken Strips into a serving pot. Load the chips with the Salt & Pepper Shredded Chicken, then drizzle with mayo and hot honey. Finish with the sliced spring onions and chilli shreds.
Step 5
Add the hot honey glazed Fillet Bites and smoky BBQ Boneless Wings to the box alongside the pink slaw.
Step 6
Finish with a sprinkle of crispy onions and sesame seeds. Serve.
