Ingredients
- Meadow Vale Boneless Chicken Wings x 12
- Buffalo Sauce x 50ml
- BBQ Sauce x 50ml
- Hot Honey x 50ml
- Spring Onions x 10g
- Chillies x 10g
- Chives x 10g
- Crispy Onions x 10g
- Sesame Seeds x 10g
Method
Step 1
Cook the Meadow Vale boneless wings using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
While the wings are cooking, finely slice the chillies and spring onions lengthways and set aside.
Step 3
Once cooked, toss the Boneless Wings in hot honey sauce, BBQ sauce and Buffalo sauce.
Step 4
Finish with a sprinkle of crispy onions, sesame seeds, chives, chillies and spring onions. Serve.
