Our Salt & Pepper Chicken Noodle Box features crispy shredded chicken, crisp fries and a bed of delicious egg noodles, making this the perfect treat when craving some indulgent Chinese style chicken.
Ingredients
- Homestyle Salt & Pepper Shredded Chicken x 100g
- Mixed Peppers x 30g
- Red Onions x 20g
- Salt & Pepper Soy Sauce x 50ml
- Egg Noodles x 80g
- Fries x 80g
- Spring Onion x 5g
- Salt & Pepper Seasoning x 10g
Method
Step 1
Cook the Homestyle Salt & Pepper Shredded Chicken and fries using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Whilst the chicken and fries cook chop mixed peppers and onions then quickly fry until softened.
Step 3
Toss the cooked shredded chicken, vegetables and cooked fries in the salt & pepper seasoning until evenly coated.
Step 4
Cook the egg noodles in the salt & pepper soy sauce until fiully cooked and evenly coated.
Step 5
Fill a noodle box with the cooked egg noodles and fries, then load with shredded chicken and veg.
Step 6
Garnish with spring onions and more salt & pepper seasoning to taste. Serve.
