Ingredients
- Meadow Vale Pickin' Chicken x 150g
- White Rice x 200g
- Creamy Katsu Curry Sauce x 50ml
- Tender Stem Broccoli x 20g
- Red Chillies x 5g
- Spring Onion x 10g
- Sesame Seeds x 5g
Method
Step 1
Cook the Meadow Vale Pickin' Chicken and white rice using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Whilst the chicken and rice cooks, chop chillies and spring onions then quickly fry tender stem broccoli until softened.
Step 3
Once cooked toss the Pickin' Chicken in the creamy Katsu Curry Sauce until warm and evenly coated.
Step 4
Fill a noodle box with the cooked white rice, then load with Katsu covered Pickin' Chicken and veg.
Step 5
Garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds. Serve.
