- Battered Fillet Bites x 10
- Salt & Pepper Shredded Chicken x 100g
- Chip Shop Chips x 300g
- Hot Honey x 50ml
- Chip Shop Curry Sauce x 50ml
- Mayo x 5ml
- Smokey BBQ Sauce x 30ml
- Batter x 150ml
- Smash Burger x 2
- Brioche Bun x 1
- Tomato x 1
- Shredded Lettuce x 20g
- American Cheese 2
- Cheese Sauce x 50 ml
- Mozzarella x 50g
- Pink Pickled Slaw x 30g
- Spring Onion x 10g
- Chilli x 10g
- Sesame Seeds x 5g
- Coriander x 5g
- Crispy Onions x 5g
Method
Step 1
Cook all of the chicken products, smashed patties and chips using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
While the products are cooking, finely slice the chillies and spring onions and set aside for garnish.
Step 3
Once everything is cooked, begin building the munch boxes. To make the parmo, smother the chicken schnitzel with cheese sauce, top with extra mozzarella, and grill until melted and golden.
Step 4
Chop the chicken skewer and layer it over a portion of chips, then pour over the curry sauce.
Step 5
Build the smash burger by spreading mayo onto the bun base, then add the lettuce and tomato. Top with the double smash patties and finish with the bun lid.
Step 6
Load another portion of chips with the salt & pepper shredded chicken and drizzle over the curry sauce.
Step 7
Toss the boneless wings in smoky BBQ sauce and add them to the box alongside the battered fillet bites.
Step 8
Finish by garnishing with chopped chillies, spring onions, sesame seeds and pink pickled slaw. Serve.
