Ingredients
- Sizzling Chargrilled Chicken Thighs x 1
- Mexican Seasoning x 15g
- Flour Totillas x 3
- Salsa Roja x 50ml
- Salsa Verde x 10g
- Lime Wedge x 1
- Chives x 10g
- Fresh Corriander x 5g
Method
Step 1
Cook the Sizzling Chargrilled Chicken Thigh using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Warm the flour tortillas and portion the Salsa Roja and Salsa Verde into dipping pots.
Step 3
Slice the chargrilled chicken thighs into strips.
Step 4
Serve the chicken alongside the warm tortillas, dipping salsas and lime wedge.
Step 5
Finish with a sprinkle of fresh coriander and serve.
