Chicken Shop Stack Burger With Loaded Chippy Chips
A showstopping chicken feast for the Fish & Chip Shop! Indulge in a Chicken & beef combo burger with a side of Salt & Chilli loaded chippy chips!
Ingredients
- Homestyle XXL Chicken Fillet x 1
- Beef Smash Patties x 2
- Brioche Bun x 1
- Lettuce x 20g
- Tomato Slices x 2
- American Style Cheese Slice x 2
- Gherkin Slices x 1
- Mayonnaise x 15g
- Honey Siracha Sauce x 30g
- Chip Shop Chips x 120g
- Salt & Chilli Shredded Chicken x 75g
- Chillies x 10g
- Spring Onions x 10g
Method
Step 1
Cook the chicken fillet and chip shop chips using your preferred method. While the fillet is cooking, portion the burger meat into 100g balls and preheat a frying pan or griddle plate.
Step 2
Place the burger balls onto the hot pan or griddle and press down firmly to create thin smash patties (use greaseproof paper and a burger press to prevent sticking). Cook for 1 minute on each side, then top with cheese sauce.
Step 3
As the chicken fillet and beef patties finish cooking, toast the brioche bun. Begin assembling the burger with honey sriracha sauce, lettuce, tomato and gherkins.
Step 4
Using a wide spatula, stack the smash patties on top of each other, then place the chicken fillet on top. Transfer the stack onto the prepared bun, add more honey sriracha sauce, and finish with the lid.
Step 5
Cook the salt and chilli shredded chicken using your preferred cooking method, then serve over chippy chips with mayo, honey sriracha sauce, sliced chillies, spring onion and pink slaw. Serve.
