- Asian Style Salad x 80g
- Roasted Corn Ribs x 2
- Chillies x 10g
- Spring Onions x 10g
- Gochujang Hot Honey x 60ml
- Toasted Sesame Seeds x 5g
Method
Step 1
Cook the Meadow Vale Pickin’ Chicken using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Once cooked, toss the Pickin’ Chicken in the gochujang hot honey sauce in a mixing bowl until each piece is evenly coated.
Step 3
Add the Pickin' Chicken to your serving dish, then top with Sliced Spring onions and chillies.
Step 4
Serve alongside a fresh Asian inspired salad and roasted corn ribs.
