Ingredients
- Meadow Vale Hot & Spicy Mini Fillets x 2
- Meadow Vale Southern Fried Mini Fillets x 2
- Meadow Vale Breaded Mini Fillets x 2
- Brioche Hot Dog Rolls x 3
- Lettuce x 40g
- Spring Onions x 15g
- Chillies x 15g
- Sesame Seeds x 5g
- Crispy Onions x 5g
- Hot Honey x 10ml
- Siracha Mayo x 10ml
- Ketchup x 10ml
- Mustard x 10ml
- Korean BBQ Sauce x 10ml
Method
Step 1
Cook the Meadow Vale Mini Chicken Fillets using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Whilst the mini fillets are cooking wash the lettuce, then chop lettuce, spring onions and chillies.
Step 3
Once fully cooked toss the Meadow Vale Hot & Spicy Mini Filets in the hot honey, and the Meadow Vale Breaded Mini Fillets in the Korean BBQ Sauce.
Step 4
Slice open the brioche rolls and fill each roll with 2 varieties of the mini fillets and lettuce. For The Classic add ketchup and mustard to the strip dog once fully built.
Step 5
Garnish The Korean BBQ Strip Dog with spring onions, chillies and sesame seeds. Garnish The Hot Honey Strip Dog with sriracha mayo spring onions and crispy onions.
Step 6
For additional value we suggest you serve the Trio of Sliders alongside classic side dishes such as mac & cheese, waffle fries,charred corn and skin on fries.
