Ingredients
- Sliced Chicken Tikka x 100g
- Tikka Paste x 15g
- Sub Style Bread Roll x 1
- Lettuce x 20g
- Tomato Slices x 4
- Sliced Red Onion x 10g
- Mayonnaise x 15g
Method
Step 1
Thaw the Meadow Vale Sliced Chicken Tikka overnight in the fridge.
Step 2
Wash the lettuce and slice red onion and tomatoes.
Step 3
Make the tikka mayo by combining tikka paste and mayonnaise.
Step 4
Slice the sub roll down the middle and apply tikka mayonnaise followed by the lettuce, tomatoes and red onions.
Step 5
Layer the Sliced Chicken Tikka and top with the tikka mayo. Close the sub roll. Serve.
