Ingredients
- Meadow Vale Boneless Chicken Wings x 12
- Sweet chilli sauce x 50ml
- Spring Onions x 10g
- Chillies x 10g
- Coriandor x 5g
Method
Step 1
Cook the Meadow Vale Boneless Wings using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
While the wings are cooking, finely slice the chillies and spring onions length ways.
Step 3
Once cooked, toss the Boneless Wings in sweet chilli sauce.
Step 4
Finish with a sprinkle of coriandor. Serve.
