Sticky Caramel Chicken & Rice Box
Get stuck into something special! Our Sticky Caramel Chicken & Rice Box loads crispy Battered Chicken Fillet Bites with a sweet, sticky caramel glaze, served on fluffy white rice for a flavour-packed feast that's impossible to resist.
Ingredients
- Meadow Vale Battered Chicken Fillet Bites x 4
- White Rice x 200g
- Sticky Caramel Curry Sauce x 50ml
- Mixed Chillies x 10g
- Spring Onion x 10g
Method
Step 1
Cook the Meadow Vale Battered Chicken Fillet Bites and white rice using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Whilst the chicken and rice cooks, chop chillies and spring onions then quickly fry until softened.
Step 3
Once cooked, toss the Battered Chicken Fillet Bites in the sticky caramel curry sauce until warm and evenly coated.
Step 4
Fill a noodle box with the cooked white rice, then load with sticky caramel battered fillet bites.
Step 5
Garnish with spring onions and chillies. Serve.
