Salt & Pepper Chicken Munchie Box
A true Saturday night takeaway essential, this salt & pepper chicken munchie box is leading the way in innovative dishes being served in traditional British fish & chip shops.
Ingredients
- Meadow Vale Mini Chicken Fillet Bites 100g
- Fries 200g
- Chillies 10g
- Spring Onions 10g
- Mixed Peppers 50g
- Mayo 10ml
- Salt & Pepper Seasoning 5g
- Half a Lime
- Chopped Coriander 5g
Method
Step 1
Cook the fries and chicken using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Dice the mixed peppers and fry off in a little oil until tender. Alternatively roast in the oven.
Step 3
Toss the fries in salt & pepper seasoning then line a serving tray with greaseproof paper. Fill with the fries and then add a drizzle of mayo.
Step 4
Mix the chicken and peppers in a bowl then add some salt & pepper seasoning before placing on top of the fries.
Step 5
Garnish the dish with sliced chillies, spring onions and half a lime. Serve.
