Ingredients
- Meadow Vale Boneless Chicken Wings x 12
- Buffalo Sauce x 50ml
- Spring Onions x 10g
- Chillies x 10g
- Chives x 10g
- Ranch Sauce x 300ml
Method
Step 1
Cook the Meadow Vale Boneless Wings using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
While the wings are cooking, finely slice the chillies and spring onions.
Step 3
Once cooked, toss the Boneless Wings in Buffalo sauce.
Step 4
Finish with a sprinkle of crispy onions, sesame seeds, chives, chillies and spring onions. Serve.
