Hot & Spicy Dip Burger
This hot and spicy dip burger is doubling down on the heat! Dipped once in hot sauce then served with a pot of hot sauce on the side, this burger is bringing the heat to the menu!
Ingredients
- Meadow Vale Hot & Spicy Fillet x 1
- Brioche Bun x 1
- American Cheese Slice x 1
- Hot Sauce 500ml
- Gherkin x 1
- Beef Tomato Slices x 2
- Guacamole 10g
- Lettuce 10g
- Red Onion x 1
- Chilli x 1
- Garlic x 1
- Coriander 5g
- Quarter of a Lime
Method
Step 1
Start cooking the Meadow Vale Hot & Spicy Chicken Fillet and fries using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Whilst the chicken and fries are cooking make salsa by adding a quarter of a lime and finely diced red onion, chilli, garlic, tomato and coriander to a bowl and mix with a tablespoon of hot sauce.
Step 3
Once Meadow Vale Hot & Spicy Chicken Fillet is cooked fully submerge into hot sauce for first covering of the dip sauce.
Step 4
Toast the brioche bun. Start to build burger by adding salsa, lettuce, beef tomato and gherkin. Then add Meadow Vale Hot & Spicy Chicken Fillet and American cheese. Blowtorch cheese until melted.
Step 5
Serve alongside a pot of hot sauce and fries.
