Crispy Poppadom Chicken Tikka Bowl


Introducing the Crispy Poppadom Chicken Tikka Bowl. All the joys of an succulent Indian meal, with a twist (you can even eat the bowl)!

Ingredients
- Meadow Vale Sliced Chicken Tikka (5mm) x 100g
- Basmati Rice x 120g
- Tikka Sauce x 100ml
- Spring Onions x 10g
- Coriander x 10g
- Red Chillies x 10g
- Tortilla x 1
Method
Step 1
Bring one cup of rice to the boil, then reduce heat to a low simmer with the lid on the pan until rice is ligfht and fluffy.
Step 2
Thinly slice the spring onions and chillies, and set aside for garnish.
Step 3
Deep-fry a tortilla between two ladles to form a bowl until golden and crisp.
Step 4
In a pan heat the tikka sauce, then add the Meadow Vale Sliced Chicken Tikka and cook until hot throughout.
Step 5
Place the rice into the tortilla basket, spoon over the tikka curry, and garnish with spring onion, chilli, and coriander. Serve.
