Ingredients
- Meadow Vale Pickin' Chicken x 150g
- Mac and Cheese x 300g
- Buffalo Sauce x 50ml
- Red Chillies x 5g
- Spring Onion x 10g
- Corriander x 5g
Method
Step 1
Cook the Meadow Vale Pickin' Chicken using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Heat the Mac & Cheese until piping hot and transfer to a serving dish.
Step 3
Toss the cooked Pickin' Chicken in Buffalo Sauce until evenly coated.
Step 4
Load the Buffalo Pickin' Chicken on top of the Mac & Cheese.
Step 5
Finish with sliced red chillies, spring onions and fresh coriander and serve.
