Following on from our January Market Report, despite hopes that the situation would improve, tensions in the Red Sea remain and therefore it will come as no surprise that our June Update focuses on the increasing challenges of managing a global supply chain.

In short, increased shipping times and blank sailings, combined with increased global demand are severely impacting global shipping availability and costs. We have experienced threefold increases in container costs since the beginning of the year.
