It’s amazing to think another year has come and gone, and I’m delighted to welcome you to Meadow Vale Foods’ 2025 end of year review.
This year hasn’t been without its challenges for the foodservice industry, with pressures on supply chain logistics to the ups and downs of the global economy. But once again you, our fantastic customers, have taken it all in your stride. Your positivity and resilience have kept us motivated and inspired, pushing us to keep growing, improving, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
2025 was another fantastic year for Meadow Vale as a business. We continued to expand our reach at national trade shows, we exhibited at more wholesaler trade shows and cash and carry cook ups, we launched more innovative products to the industry and won more awards for product innovation!
None of this growth, or our mission to deliver the very best added-value poultry to the UK wholesale industry, would be possible without your ongoing support. We can’t wait to bring you even more innovative products and exciting projects in 2026 and beyond!
Meadow Vale in 2025
With 2025 firmly in the rear view mirror, now is the time to look back on the year gone by and review all the major events that have happened here at Meadow Vale HQ. We’ll look at everything from double award-winning wings, to national trade shows, brand new innovative products and so much more.
Double Award-Winning Wings
What better place to start than with the news that in November our brand-new Crunchy Boneless Chicken Wings scooped another major foodservice award, making them double award winning in style!
Following on from our Gold Award Win at the BFFF awards in June, we ventured down to the capital in November to collect another Gold Award, this time from the equally prestigious Quality Food Awards.
Speaking on the double award win, our senior development chef Chris Moyes said,
Receiving this recognition from the Quality Food Awards is a real honour for our team. Our Crunchy Boneless Chicken Wings were created to help operators serve something that feels premium yet practical, and it’s rewarding to see that effort acknowledged.
The wings continue to gain momentum with chefs who value great flavour, reliable performance, and ease of service.

Bigger Presence At National Shows
2025 saw us out on the road at national shows once again, but this time with some added firepower in the shape of our brand-new street food stand.
2025 was the year we debuted our double decker stand, which allowed us more space to host all of our valued customers up on the top deck of the stand, as well as having a larger floor space to ensure everyone had better access to samples of our seriously tasty chicken, as well as one to one chats with development chefs to boot.
The double decker stand made its debut at the IFE Trade Show London last March, then again at The Restaurant and Takeaway Expo in October. In between these shows we also took our tried and tested street food stand north of the border to ScotHot in February, as well as to the UK Food and Drink Show in Birmingham in April.
It’s not just national shows where we get to highlight our brand on a grand scale, as 2025 saw us attend more regional wholesaler shows and cash and carry cook up days than ever before. Inbetween the national shows we’ve taken our pop-up street food stand right across the country, exhibiting everywhere from Cardiff, Leeds, Newcastle, Middlesbrough, Derby, Bolton, Birmingham and Doncaster, to name but a few!
As we look ahead to 2026 we’ll be back on the road as early as January, so make sure to keep an eye out for the Meadow Vale stand at your local trade show or exhibition.
New Products Made For Your Menu
In September we launched our ‘new products made for your menu’ campaign, that highlighted our latest brand-new and innovative products that hit the market in 2025.
The campaign centred around our Crunchy Boneless Chicken Wings and Original Crunchy Breaded Chicken Fillets, and how these new products can bring fresh inspiration to menus that will deliver on taste, quality and efficiency, all whilst keeping said menus fresh, relevant and customer focused.
Every time we launch a new product we do so with the same commitment to innovation and quality, ensuring that the products stand the test of being stand out products for our market leading brands. Each product launch represents months of detailed research, rigorous testing, and close attention to customer feedback to ensure that what we bring to market not only meets expectations, but exceeds them.
Looking ahead to 2026, we’re excited about the opportunities on the horizon and the innovative developments still to come. Our teams are already hard at work, exploring new product ideas and enhancements that will continue to raise the bar for quality and innovation. So keep your eyes peeled! We have some exciting launches and projects in the pipeline that we can’t wait to share, designed to support your business and bring fresh inspiration to the market.
Influencing The Market: A Social Takeover
2025 saw us take a more direct and purposeful approach across our social media channels, aiming to connect with our audience in more meaningful ways. We focused on creating engaging, relevant content that truly reflects the values and quality of Meadow Vale Foods, while also highlighting the stories behind our products and the people who make them.
A key part of this strategy was teaming up with some of the very best influencers in the foodservice and wholesale industry. By collaborating with respected voices who share our passion for quality and innovation, we were able to extend the reach of Meadow Vale’s message far beyond traditional channels.
Collaborations with The Fat Foodie, The Sandwich King, Fat Sam Eats and Olli Eats saw an audience reach of over half a million for social campaigns that featured our Top Trending Burgers For 2025, The Smarter Way To Sandwich and We’ve Got You This Winter.
Looking to 2026, this is just the beginning. We’re excited to continue building these connections and finding fresh ways to bring Meadow Vale to the forefront of the conversation. Keep an eye on our channels as there’s plenty more to come!
Meadow Vale In The Community
Giving back remained an important focus for Meadow Vale Foods throughout 2025, and we were proud to continue working closely with charities that are making a real and lasting difference within our local communities. Supporting those in need is something we feel strongly about, and we are committed to playing our part wherever possible, whether through food donations, partnerships, or hands-on involvement.
Over the course of the year, we were pleased to support a number of meaningful initiatives. These included regular food drops to Chester Soul Kitchen and The Wrexham Foyer, helping to provide nutritious meals to those who need them most. We also partnered on a recipe box initiative for tenants of Grosvenor Hart Homes, designed to encourage cooking confidence and access to quality ingredients, alongside a festive donation to The Wingate Centre(https://www.thewingatecentre.co.uk/) to support their vital work during the holiday season.
These activities reflect our belief that community outreach should be more than a one-off gesture. As we move into 2026, we remain committed to strengthening these relationships and exploring new ways to support local causes, ensuring that our impact extends beyond foodservice and into the communities we are proud to be part of.
