Spicy Mini Chicken Strip Dogs
Add a little spice to your sharing platter with these Spicy Mini Chicken Fillet Strip Dogs.
Ingredients
- Meadowvale Hot & Spicy Chicken Mini Fillets (40g) x 3
- Mini Sub Rolls x 3
- Lettuce x 20g
- Siracha x 15ml
- Sliced Tomatoes x 3
- Sliced Chillies x 10g
- Skin on Fries x 100g
- Mayo x 20ml
- Pink Slaw x 50g
- Cajun Seasoning x 5g
Method
Step 1
Cook the Hot & Spicy Mini Chicken Fillets & skin on fries using your preferred cooking method.
Step 2
Whilst the mini chicken fillets & fries are cooking, chop and wash the lettuce.
Step 3
Cut the mini sub rolls down the centre.
Step 4
Slice the tomatoes & finely chop the chillies.
Step 5
Fill the mini sub rolls with the chopped lettuce & sliced tomato. Then add the Hot & Spicy Mini Fillet on top with a fair splash of siracha.
Step 6
Serve alongside some fries loaded with chillies, mayo and Cajun seasoning. Then add a pot of mayo & pink pickled slaw. Serve.
